Bah - must of missed that in the deluge of ** Apache-2.0's

I've updated debian/copyright and reviewed the other files that did not
have Apache-2.0; they did not identify any specific Licence or Copyright
information so I have left them under the Files: * paragraph by
assumption.

Daviey has just re-uploaded to new for me.
