[Bug 817161] [NEW] Please remove libqinfinity, kobby from Oneiric

Please remove libqinfinity and kobby (source+binary packages) from
Oneiric. They were broken by todays unintended sync with the Debian archive
which pulled in a new version of libinfinity. These two packages have
been broken in Debian for roughly three and a half months with little to
no complaint[0],[1].

Upstream has been unresponsive with regards to updating libqinfinity for
the new version of libinfinity. Its sole reverse dependency, kobby,
should also be removed on the samme grounds.
