Please sync lcdproc 0.5.4-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
debian/control: Added build dependencies on libg15daemon-client-dev,
libg15render-dev and libg15-dev for compiling g15 driver (LP: #218374)
=> Got fixed in Debian package

LCDd.conf: Change driver path => got fixed in LCDd-conf-for-debian
patch.

clients/lcdproc/machine_Linux.c: Change ifdef => got fixed upstream.

Other changes were also upstream changes.

package builds fine, so sync this!
