[Bug 662397] [NEW] regina-normal test failure due to gcc-4.5

When regina-normal is built with gcc-4.5 instead of gcc-4.4, the
following test failure happens:

NSnapPeaTriangulationTest::flat... FAILED.
NSnapPeaTriangulationTest::degenerate... ok.
