Rejected: lio-utils

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that python-jenkins is being rejected for the
following reason:
 * debian/copyright claims all of the files are GPL 2, but they are not.
Please review the output of the licensecheck command
 * debian/copyright conform claims to be DEP-5, but it is not
 * the package does not provide a watch file. If this is not possible,
please consider adding a comments only watch file or README.source file
with clear instructions on how the source tarball was generated. This is
required to verify the integrity of the source package
 * the binaries are not lintian clean (package-installs-python-bytecode
and python-script-but-no-python-dep)
 
After making these changes, feel free to reupload.
