Please sync python-oauth 1.0.1-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

This work is prompted by bug 788514, whereby we want to remove all uses of
python-central and python-support from the CDs. python-oauth is the last
holdout of python-central on the desktop CD.

Martin Pitt has tested the Debian sid version of python-oauth with Oneiric's
ubuntuone and launchpadlib and both work fine.

Rodney Dawes has reviewed the changes in Ubuntu's version of python-oauth and
doesn't see any need to retain them.

Since the sid version completes the switch to dh_python2, and in light of the
two comments above, I see no reason not to go ahead and throw away our
version, replacing it with the Debian version.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1.0a~svn1124-0ubuntu2:
