Please sync fcitx-configtool 0.2.0-1 (universe) from Debian testing
(main) so that we can get updates automatically when it is updated at
Debian. The two versions in Debian and Ubuntu has no difference, it just
because the maintainer had made it for Ubuntu first, and Debian second.

fcitx-configtool (0.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #604022)
