Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- kubuntu_01_fix_docbook.diff: applied upstream
- kubuntu_02_fix_qstring.diff: applied upstream
- Use override_dh_compress, KDE help center can't find the handbook otherwise:
  the kde dh7 sequence already takes care of this.
