Rejecting powerdebug

Hello Amit,

I have to reject powerdebug, as the source package (in particular, the
orig.tar.gz) does not ship a copy of the upstream license
(http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-v10.html) in the upstream
distribution, i. e. a file like COPYING, LICENSE, license.html, etc.

Also, please consider using a machine parseable debian/copyright
(http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/), as we are trying to move towards
this in Debian and Ubuntu. This isn't a cause for rejection, of course,
just pointing it out.

Also, there is no need for XSBC-Original-Maintainer for Ubuntu-only
packages. We use this field only for packages modified from Debian.

It looks okay otherwise, so please reupload when the license problem
(and preferably the debian/copyright formatting) are fixed.

Thank you!

Martin
