Artur,

After reviewing your request I am marking it as "Won't Fix". debian/control has the following:
Build-Depends: ..., locales-all | language-pack-en-base

For some reason sbuild does not like this and fails saying locales-all
does not exist instead of using language-pack-en-base. This package must
be merged rather than sync'd until either sbuild on the buildds or the
python-django packaging has been fixed. Also, there is no reason to
merge to 1.2.3-3 or 1.2.4-1 since the code changes are only for the CVE
fixes already included in natty, and the other changes are minor.
Furthermore, the 1.2.3-3 package should not have dropped the test
mentioned in the changelog, and I plan to file a bug in Debian to
address this.
