REJECT: cobbler

Hi,

I'm sorry to report that your cobbler upload has been rejected for the
following reasons:
 * the patches in debian/patches/* do not follow DEP-3
 * debian/patches/debian-changes-2.1.0~git20110113-0ubuntu1 is an
autogenerated patch, and its intent is unclear
 * debian/copyright is incomplete and should ideally use DEP-5. It states
that the source is GPLv2, but the source has several different licenses in
it (please use licensecheck to see all the licenses)
 * cobbler4j/lib/xmlrpc.jar contains various source code. It seems odd
that an unpacked source package would contain a zipped jar file rather than
creating the jar file during the build
 * the links in /var/www seem somewhat odd. Couldn't an Apache alias be
used instead?
 * debian/rules does not create a temporary directory properly (it uses an
easy to guess name), and is subject to symlink race conditions
