[Bug 701120] [NEW] Please remove source and binaries, and blacklist

These Firefox extensions don't fit the criteria for extensions we want
to support in the archive, ie:

- They are available from addons.mozilla.org
- They don't ship any binary components, so will work on all architectures

Supporting these is a maintenance burden as we need to keep them updated
in stable releases

In addition, weave is obsoleted by Firefox 4.0
