Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The only Ubuntu change, "Fix FTBFS with ld --no-add-needed." has been
applied in the latest version of the package available in Debian
unstable.

heimdal (1.4.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Fix description of heimdal-dbg package (closes: #605663).
   * Fix FTBFS with ld --no-add-needed (closes: 607589).
