Hi Jamie,

According to Debian Multimedia DDs the info on tarball repacks should go
to the Comment: field in debian/copyright.

Dmedia contains a well-written Comment: in debian/copyright:

Comment: Upstream's sources was repacked to remove unnecessary test
files dmedia/tests/data/* from the tarball.

The tests are highly optional, and the repack reduced the size of the
tarball from 20MB to less than an MB.

I will try to get an FFe and re-upload.
