Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu.  I'm sorry, but we can't sync
armadillo 2.4.2 as it has an RC bug in that it needs a SONAME bump.

more information.  Once this is fixed and the package migrates to
testing, we can sync it.  Please subscribe ubuntu-sponsors once the
fixed version reaches testing.
