[Bug 705887] [NEW] Please remove clutk from the archive in natty

Clutk is now longer used by anything in the archives now that the new unity places have been pushed:
- netbook-launcher isn't in natty
- unity doesn't depends anymore in clutk
- the library will be no more maintained by upstream on it in the new releases.
