Reject: tboot

I'm sorry to inform you that this package is being rejecting for the
following:

 * debian/copyright list the source as being BSD, but at least some
files are ISC. Also, various files are BSD 2 clause while others are BSD
3 clause. Please review the output of the 'licensecheck' command and
update accordingly.
 * (optional) it is preferable that debian/copyright use DEP-5
 * the package does not provide a debian/watch file. If this is not
possible, please consider adding a comments only watch file or
README.source file with clear instructions on how the source tarball was
generated. This is required to verify the integrity of the source
package.

Please feel free to reupload after making these changes.
