Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The current Ubunt package used a git snapshot from the qt-kde team git.
The uploaded version has a number of changes it would be good to get into
oneiric.  It drops the qwt binding, which we will need to do for this
release cycle to make the pacakge buildable again (and fix NBS).
