[Bug 826856] [NEW] FFe: sync meld 1.5.2-1 from debian experimental

Please to sync meld 1.5.2-1 from debian experimental.

The new version does have some new features but they are quite isolated. I have been using the new version since the release (24. Jul) and have not seen any regressions.
Syncing the new version would solve following bugs:
