Is there any particular reason why we should get this in? Are there any
packages that depend on this library at the moment, in the archive? If
not I don't see the point in sync'ing this.  But if you find an archive
admin to get this in for you, then I don't object. I'm setting this bug
to Incomplete as I would like to see the answers to the above questions.
In the future please set the bug to New. We use Confirmed when the FFe
has already been approved.
