Please sync openmsx 0.8.1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Ubuntu delta contains workarounds for missing thumb2 support. This was fixed in
0.8.1-2, and will close LP: #635413

It builds (beyond the point it used to fail) for me on emulated ARM.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 0.8.1-1ubuntu2:

openmsx (0.8.1-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Orphaning the package.
