Reject: pynag

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that pynag has been rejected for the following
reasons:
- source package is not lintian clean
- debian/copyright defaults to all files being GPL-2, but there are
files that are GPL-3. Please check the output of the licensecheck
command and adjust as necessary
- I was also not able to build the package with an up to date oneiric
schroot. Not sure what the problem was, but it was complaining about:
debian/rules:5: /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/debhelper.mk: No such file or
directory
debian/rules:6: /usr/share/cdbs/1/class/python-distutils.mk: No such
file or directory
make: *** No rule to make target
`/usr/share/cdbs/1/class/python-distutils.mk'.  Stop.

The last item might be a local issue.

After addressing the above, please feel free to re-upload. Thanks!
