Reject: cloudprint

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that I am rejecting the cloudprint package for
the following reasons:
 - debian/copyright says ti si DEP-5, but it is not formatted correctly
(looks to be a partial paste at the bottom
 - package has Ubuntu changes, but the maintainer field has not been
updated
 - the package does not provide a watch file. If this is not possible,
please consider adding a comments only watch file or README.source file
with clear instructions on how the source tarball was generated. This is
required to verify the integrity of the source package
 - the binaries are not lintian clean
 - (recommended) the patches are not DEP-3 compliant


After making these changes, please feel free to re-upload.
