Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

Only change was la-file, adapted by debian. The package builds fine in
oneiric.

  * Integrate super-helpful ubuntu debian/libminidjvu-dev.install patch
    to, thanks to Andreas Moog <amoog at ubuntu.com>: Don't install libtool
    la-file per Policy 10.2 (closes: #621449)
