Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Current Natty version is FTBFS and has never built.  This version built when I
test built it, so we ought to get it in.  It made it into Testing in Debian
so it's not obviously RC buggy.

python-django-threadedcomments (0.5.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * debian/watch: point to PyPi release instead of github
