Please sync feel++ 0.91.0~svn7013-1 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
>>> ENTER_EXPLANATION_HERE <<<

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
This brings a new upstream release with applies all the Debian patches
as well as the Ubuntu patch regarding Boost b-d.
Also it:
 - reduces compile time and memory consumption which might in some
case cause failure on i386
 - uses -O2 intead of -O3. It gives the same performances but costs
far less memory
