[Bug 756877] [NEW] Debian sync request for Gweled 0.9.1

Please, apply the FeatureFreeze Exception for the sync of Gweled 0.9.1
in Debian sid.

This new version fix an important segmentation fault when the audio
device is not available or busy (bug #345304), not very rare with
PulseAudio.
