Please sync e17 0.16.999.49898-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
Actual package FTBFS and is not installable. I tried to fix it, but it's way to
old for the ecore package we have in Ubuntu And needs the partial rewrite that
has been done upstream to fix it.

The Debian package builds fine (see attached log), installs fine and run fine: I
tested it in ain i386 VM, changing the WM to e17, and I've been able to work
correctly, opening applications, a terminal window.

I haven't found any rdepends so it's safe to sync this package. This
would fix bug #613271.
