Reject: sunpinyin and ibus-sunpinyin

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you that I am rejecting sunpinyin and ibus-sunpinyin
as these are new packages in Ubuntu and we are past Feature Freeze.
Please feel free to pursue a Feature Freeze Exception (FFe) by following
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess and updating your new
packages to reference the launchpad bug granting the FFe in the
debian/changelog file.
