Please sync qbittorrent 2.4.5-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
There are no Ubuntu specific changes. We go a little ahead in Maverick
do to Debian being in freeze, but we can now resync.
