New packages

Hi guys,

Please don't upload packages from Debian NEW unmodified directly to
Ubuntu - ask for syncs instead. When you upload these directly, they
tend to clash with my new-source runs, producing error messages which
are tedious to clean up. (haildb and jack-keyboard were today's, but
there have been some from previous days too.)

Alessio, you can probably save some work on filing sync requests by just
asking me on IRC to do a new-source run if it seems as though we haven't
done one in a while; I do these in bulk and have now got to the point
where I'm simply doing them daily. If you also mention which packages
you particularly care about then I can make sure that they aren't among
the handful of source packages that fail to sync due to binary package
clashes with existing source packages.

Thanks,
