Please sync thuban 1.2.2-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu changes are all incorporated in Debian.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 1.2.1-1ubuntu2:

thuban (1.2.2-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Removed python-xmlbase build-dep and dep, because available in python >= 2.4
  * Policy updated to 3.8.4 (no changes).
  * Added ${misc:Depends} dependency to thuban pkg. 
  * Removed Apps prefix in debian/doc-base.

thuban (1.2.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Added Vcs-* fields to debian/control.
  * Now policy bumped to 3.8.3.
  * Missing dh_prep call added.
  * First upload to unstable to obsolete the old release.

thuban (1.2.1+svn2877-1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream SVN snapshot.
  * Moved to wxwidget 2.8 instead of the obsolete 2.6 
  * Updated patchset.
