Sorry, I shipped the wrong license in the source tree. It is fixed
now.

I see the following options:

 * We use alternatives

 * Rename the file in sessioninstaller to org.freedesktop.packagekit.service
   In this case kpackagekit would be favored by dbus activation if installed.

 * Add a virtual package packagekit-service which is provided by
   sessioninstaller and a new splitted kpackagekit-serivce package

I would favor the second one since it is easy to get.

But there shouldn't be the need for a conflict at all.
