Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Debian package now recommends okular rather than kghostviewer, which was the Ubuntu delta.

Changelog entries since current maverick version 0.8.3-3ubuntu2:

knoda (0.8.3-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * debian/control:
    - Replace kghostviewer with okular.
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.4, no changes required.
