Rejecting libraw

Hello Robert,

I have to reject libraw. Please fix the copyright file to add the
usual stub and pointer to the full license for at least one of them,
such as the LGPL 2.1. Also, it seems that the package does not
actually ship the other two licenses verbatim? I think it should.
