rejecting chromium-codecs-ffmpeg

I'm rejecting chromium-codecs-ffmpeg, debian/copyright doesn't appear
to satisfy the needs of ffmpeg-mt/libavcodec/jrevdct.c

Everything else seemed ok so fix that and ping me when it is
