broder points out to me that this probably needs a
FeatureFreezeException.  However, I think the case is pretty
straightforward.  The entire diff consists of bug fixes to dh_dkms.
I’ve built and tested the new dkms package, and built and tested the new
version of openafs that uses dh_dkms against it, at
https://launchpad.net/~anders-kaseorg/+archive/openafs ; everything
works fine.
