The current version of dokuwiki is utterly broken and is unusable unless you
manually edit /etc/apache2/conf.d/dokuwiki.conf and restart apache2 manually
(LP #516006, #431795, #219418).
After inspection of the packaging there is nothing to restart apache2 after
- the creation of dokuwiki.conf, and this is needed so apache2 can load the new
