Please sync gcc-3.3 1:3.3.6ds1-20 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

gcc-3.3 has been reintroduced into Debian and provides the binary package
libstdc++5 which is still needed by some applications.
See bug #431091, bug #441358 and bug #436886.
