Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The sole ubuntu change to this package was the loosening of a versioned build-dependency on heimdal, which was introduced in Debian due to heimdal not bumping SONAME correctly. This SONAME change didn't affect lucid, so the build dependency was loosened. This change can now be dropped
