Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All Ubuntu changes except for one have been included in Debian and/or upstream.

The outstanding change fixes the lintian tag: "capitalization-error-in-
description Gnome GNOME" This doesn't seem worth carrying a delta. I
will forward it to Debian along with a few other tweaks that might be
useful that I noticed.

gweled (0.8.repack-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Imported Upstream version 0.8.repack (now for real) (Closes: #582829)
  * Fix extra line in debian/rules
  * Change debhelper compatibility level to 7
  * Update build dependencies to include only GTK+, rsvg2 and mikmod.
