Please sync libmatthew-java 0.7.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
first delta: - debian/control: Remove unneeded build dependency classpath-doc.
=> fixed in newest debian version (* Use default-jdk-doc instead of classpath-doc (Closes: #567283))

next delta: - Makefile: Add -D_GNU_SOURCE compiler flag and remove -Werror.
=> Was introduced in bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libmatthew-java/+bug/239765 to fix a FTBFS.
I tested a build. And it build without issues now. So no need to keep the delta.
