[Bug 604168] [NEW] zendframework is still in Lucid and Maverick

Binary package hint: zendframework

Bug 580507 was filed to remove and blacklist the package, it was
blacklisted, but is still in Lucid and Maverick. I assume the only
recourse for Lucid is to upload a transitional package pointing to zend-
framework.  But for Maverick, can we remove it please?
