Please sync stk 4.4.2-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
I adopted stk in Debian and I applied the following Ubuntu patches
  * 02_includes_gcc44.patch: fixes FTBFS with gcc 4.4, thanks to Martin
    Michlmayr (LP: #446138).
  * debian/control: versioned dependency of libstk0-dev on libstk0c2a.

No delta remaining, please re-sync this.

    - Add license text.
  * Install ReleaseNotes as upstream's changelog.
