[Bug 695333] [NEW] Remove anjsp from archive for Natty

This package was removed from Debian and appears to no longer have an
active upstream.  There is a steady trickle of bugs from people who try
to install it along with xemacs21, which doesn't work (bug #222870).
While I'm sure this particular problem could be worked around somehow,
it would seem to me that people who want this functionality could use
mmm-mode or similar instead.
