[Bug 674904] Re: Please remove uboot-mkimage from the archive

Currently at Natty jasper explicitly depends at this package, and as a
side effect we can't generate ARM images anymore.

I'm ok for removing this package from the archive, as long as we first
provide the same binary by changing the u-boot package and then everyone
that depends on it (or creating a dummy package as a transition).
