Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has approved our changes in experimental. This package built fine without 13*.patch, so we can drop it.
Other delta is Vcs link, but we always drop this change with for sync.

  * Add gir package, patch from Ubuntu. Closes: #565410.
  * debian/rules:
    + Include check-dist.mk to prevent accidental uploads to unstable.

  * New upstream stable release.
    + Fixes SIGFPE in opentype renderer. Closes: #598166.
