Rejected lightdm and yelp-xsl

Hello Robert,

I had to reject yelp-xsl, as the copyright file was incomplete (icons
are distributed under GPL). I fixed it and reuploaded. I also removed
the Vcs-Bzr, as this is horribly out of date. Do we just want to use
lp:ubuntu/yelp-xsl for this?

lightdm also has an incomplete copyright. liblightdm/ is LGPL,
./src/ck-connector.c is MIT/X11 and has a different copyright. Can you
please fix this and reupload?

Thanks,

Martin
