[Bug 626169] [NEW] Please promote amd64 binaries as well

Bug #619214 was filed as an MIR, but the amd64 binary at least for libutouch-grail1 seems to have been forgotten.
It's needed for the FTBFS for unity and xserver-xorg-input-evdev.
