Rejecting qt4-qws

Hi,
I'm sorry but I am rejecting qt4-qws. It is an almost 2 million line
code copy of qt4-x11 without any documentation for why this must be so.
The diff is mostly smallish packaging changes. Attached is the debdiff
against current maverick for reference. Whether this is going to main or
universe, it is going to be a problem with supporting long term, as
bugfix and security updates will be have to be done in two places and it
is highly likely that the packages will diverge going forward. If the
packages are in universe, they will not receive official support from
Canonical and any updates will have to be done by the community
(presumably Linaro). If it is destined for main, I am fairly confident
it would be rejected in the Main Inclusion process.
If you haven't already done so, I suggest looking into ways that the
qt4-x11 package can be updated in Ubuntu and preferably Debian. If this
is impossible, please file a bug in Ubuntu and detail the reasons why
and get developer feedback.
